Phone Number Verification. If you choose to verify your phone number, we collect your mobile phone number and send a one-time SMS verification code via Twilio. This code is used solely to confirm ownership of the phone number you provided. We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.

Usage Data. We automatically collect certain information when you visit the Portal, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This data helps us understand how visitors use the Portal and improve our services.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use session cookies to maintain your login state and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand Portal usage patterns. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We use SMS messaging exclusively for phone number verification (two-factor authentication). When you request phone verification, a single one-time code is sent to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency is limited to one message per verification request. We do not send recurring SMS messages, marketing texts, or promotional content via SMS. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

By entering your phone number and clicking "Send Verification Code," you consent to receive a one-time SMS verification message from WBDS Community Portal. You may reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance.

You may opt out of SMS verification at any time by simply choosing not to verify your phone number. If you have already verified your number and wish to have it removed from our records, please contact us at the information provided below.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party service providers (including Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS verification, and Resend for email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
